Fill the frame is a composition rule that has the subject of the photo fill the entire frame of the camera. This can be achieved by getting really close to the subject and getting the entire subject in front of the camera. Another way to achieve this composition rule is to take a photo of the entire subject far away then just crop it and zoom in to a specific part of the subject.
